Toby Braun
Toby has broad experience in litigation in all levels of New Zealand Courts.
Toby worked at Russell McVeagh in Auckland before moving to LeeSalmonLong, a specialist commercial/litigation firm. Toby travelled to the United Kingdom and worked for Barclays Bank before moving to the enforcement arm of the Financial Services Authority (now the Financial Conduct Authority), the body that regulates all financial institutions in the United Kingdom. Toby was also a litigation partner at Harkness Henry.
Toby has dealt with complex commercial litigation, resource management litigation, construction litigation including building defect cases, employment law, relationship property disputes and a range of professional negligence, regulatory and disciplinary matters.
Toby holds arts and law degrees from the University of Otago.
