Joe Donald
Joe has extensive experience in commercial, civil and family litigation, with particular expertise in relationship property, care of children matters and will disputes. Joe also has a wealth of experience in employment and criminal proceedings and has appeared as an advocate in various levels of the New Zealand Courts and tribunals. Joe is adept in all forms of alternative dispute resolution and brings a strategic approach to disputes, with a focus on achieving results as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Joe is a Hamilton local and devotes most of his non-work time to a young family. Having a supportive wife means Joe is able to pursue his love of cricket in the summer, while the family try to sneak in a few trips to the ski slopes in the winter.
