Assisted companies, shareholders and directors, and those with potential claims against such people on their rights and obligations under the Companies and Insolvency Acts and potential recovery from associated persons and trusts, including in relation to insolvent transactions, transactions at undervalue and transactions made with the intent to prejudice creditors
Provided advice to lenders and to those providing credit regarding their lending documents, terms of trade, and security arrangements
Acted in bringing debt recovery proceedings against delinquent debtors, including summary judgment, bankruptcy and liquidation applications, as well as acting in relation to disputed debts on a frequent basis
